Alva Australia is a plastic injection moulding and tooling company that manufactures high precision plastic components. The company operates from a site of 7,000 square metres in China and has a capacity of 30 moulding machines working continuously on 24 hour basis.

Our strengths lie in speedy service and technical know-how as well as competence in resolving tooling and moulding problems. Our moulding expertise, in particular, is of a very high standard.

The key success elements of our factory are the aggressive investment in the latest
computerised equipment and enforcement of standards in work practices, JIT production and inventory control. We have been accredited with ISO 9002 since 1996.
